Coordinating librarian for the Division of Scientific Information at the University of Geneva, Jean-Blaise Claivaz is in charge of matters pertaining to digital publishing, Open Access information and research data. Co-manager, with Jan Melichar, of the project UniGe Open Archive, he administers the project’s data and coordinates development requests. He participates in the work of the Bodmer Lab, notably in the project’s software infrastructure and its metadata. He sees an exciting opportunity on the horizon for fruitful synergies between the Bodmer Lab and the Open Archive.
