Digital stories

T

he “digital stories” form first took off in English-language investigative journalism, before being adopted as standard practice in digital museology. This style of presentation delivers factual content and documents in an easy to understand format. Thanks to its narrative intrigue and the curiosity it provokes about the end of the story, it keeps readers in suspense—despite the complexity of the subject matter.

The Bodmer Lab explores this avenue of presentation for the publication of its own scientific research. Sylvain Hughes has therefore crafted a guided journey through the papyri of the Greek dramaturge Menander, in direct collaboration with our colleague André Hurst.

Similar curated experiences are in preparation for other sections of the Bodmer Collection.
